Payment Terms
We accept personal cheque/UK Postal Order (payable to 'GetCanvas') or Debit/Credit Card by a 100% secure payment gateway. Payment must be made within 7 days from purchasing the item from us.

Delivery
Delivery is within 3-5 working days of receipt of cleared funds. The production process only starts once cleared funds are accepted as each customer order is produced specially to ensure the best possible quality

Pricing
GetCanvas retains the right to modify the prices from time to time and to remove offers without notice.

Limitation on Liability
GetCanvas are NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If an error is on the part of GetCanvas, our liability is limited to redoing the job to your satisfaction.

Disclaimer
GetCanvas cannot accept responsibility for copyright infringements on artwork submitted to them for enlargement and reproduction. Customers are requested to seek copyright permissions for any image submitted which may require such permissions.

Product Specification
GetCanvas makes every effort to supply the goods as shown/advertised on our website, but reserves the right to supply goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications. Please Note: COLOUR AND APPEARANCE OF IMAGES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE WAY THEY APPEAR ON THE SCREEN.

Cancellations
As each order is produced specially to insure the best possible quality, once payment has been cleared and the production process started orders cannot be cancelled. If however you are aware of a problem with the order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible so we are aware.

Returns
At GetCanvas we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days for a no-quibbles replacement or refund. (less P&P fees). This Returns Policy DOES NOT APPLY to 'Your Photo on Canvas' or any other item made specially to a customers specification.

Acceptance
By placing an order with GetCanvas you agree fully to our terms and conditions. By placing your order you agree to indemnify GetCanvas and keep GetCanvas indemnified against any claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising out of any misuse of an images supplied to or from GetCanvas.
